JOEY’S NEST RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Valid ID proofs should be given at the time of check in for all persons staying in the premises.
2. No Drugs should be consumed in the house. This is against the Indian Court of law.
3. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Any Damages made during the stay should be borne by the guest.
4. Ordered food should be collected from the main gate as we don't allow outsiders without id to enter the premises.
6. We do not have generators. In case of a very rare emergency power cut (which is just a probability) we request our guests to bear with us.
7. All apartments and Penthouse (not boutique rooms) have induction oven. Gas cylinders are provided only on prior request with an additional charge of 250/-INR per day.
8. We don’t allow 24 hrs check in and check out. Any check in after 6 pm is chargeable, an amount of Rs. Rs 500/- have to be paid for checking in after 6 pm as the caretaker has to stay back beyond his working hours. The last check in time (for the first entry) to the property is 10pm. Checkout on the same day should be made by 9 pm. Late check outs in the night need to pay Rs. 500/- extra and only valid for airport transfer or medical emergencies.
9. Please keep all valuables in the locker provided inside the room. The management will not be responsible for any loss of valuables.
10. ⁠Please shut down all electric gadgets while stepping out to conserve energy.
11. ⁠All linens and towels will be changed after 3 days to maintain a balance ecosystem and save water.

Restrictions

• Guests below 18 years of age are not allowed.
• Accepted ID proof(s): Passport, Aadhar, Driving License, Govt. ID.
• Pets are not allowed.

Guest Profile

• Unmarried couples allowed.
• Male-only groups are not permitted.
• Local IDs are accepted.

Smoking/Alcohol Consumption

• No restrictions on alcohol consumption.
• Smoking is allowed within the premises.

Other Rules

• No private parties or events.
• Guests should not invite outside visitors during their stay.
• Rs 500 charges for check-in after 6:00 pm.
• Please treat the property with care and respect.

Checking In and Out

• Check-in: 1:00 pm
• Checkout before 11:00 am.

During Your Stay

• No pets.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am.
• No parties or events.
• No commercial photography.
